Imagine the sound of....

Recording session

It´s exotic and explosive sounding instrumental music…

It´s electrified guitar vibes…

It´s hot rythms…

…It´s Las Palmeras

"Henry Manchini and David Lynch turn records with Morricone in the red room". - Imagine the sound of that meeting.

It is the warm atmosphere, the good melodies and electric guitar butter that is at the center when you experience the group Las Palmeras. And it is precisely the atmosphere that is paramount.

The starting point is a common predilection for the exotic music of the 50s and 60s - exotica, mambo, Cuban, film noir, surf and Hawaiian music.

With a good mix of original material, as well as hand-picked more or less obscure old gemstones, thoughts are almost automatically directed to a cinematic universe, and make the inner images roll.

“We like to think of ourselves as the soundtrack to your inner film noir. - The live experience you did not know you for everything in the world needed. ”

The group, all out of the danish blues and jazz circles, soon has their first album coming, and is more than ready to spread good vibes out there.

Lineup:

Ronni Audar-Boysen - Guitars

Thomas Crawfurd - Drums

Rune Højmark - Guitar/Lap steel

Morten Ankarfeldt - Bass
